A beautiful Moon lit hare print. Hand printed onto lovely Snowdon quality paper. I am fascinated by the moonlight on Wenlock Edge, seeing the moon in the trees and how it highlights the land, so very beautiful. I am also fascinated by the Hares, so much folk law around them. Seeing a hare gazing at the moon is meant to bring good luck! Such magical creatures.
This is a lino-cut print, i carefully cut my design into lino, before inking and printing each print on my Gunning etching press. Because of the individual 'hand making' each print is unique.
My Hare print is on A4 paper, the print size is 14cm x18.5cm, it is available in Prussian blue, or Black. The print will be carefully packed in tissue, and posted inside a cardboard envelope.
